Join Our Reviewer Team
Annals of Infectious Diseases and Therapy relies on independent experts to review the manuscripts it receives. We welcome researchers and clinicians who would like to join our reviewer team.
Who can apply
- Researchers, clinicians and academics working in infectious diseases, clinical microbiology, antimicrobial therapy, vaccines, epidemiology, infection control or a related field;
- At least a master's degree, and preferably a doctorate or clinical specialist qualification;
- Peer-reviewed publications of your own in the field;
- An institutional or otherwise verifiable email address.
How to apply
Send the following to editor@somatopub.com with the subject line "Reviewer application – AIDT":
- A short curriculum vitae;
- Your areas of expertise (keywords);
- Your ORCID iD, if you have one.
You can also register on this site and tick "Yes, request the Reviewer role" in your profile.
What we ask of reviewers
Reviewers are asked to return a report within 14 days, to keep manuscripts confidential, and to declare any conflict of interest. See the Reviewer Guidelines and the Reviewer Form.
Recognition
Reviewers may claim credit for their reviews through ORCID or Web of Science Reviewer Recognition. The journal publishes an annual list of reviewers with their consent, and each completed review earns a discount voucher on the Article Processing Charge, valid for 12 months.
